The CSM-Series Water-Cooled Modular Self-Contained Units from Sigma offer a complete line of unit options for retro-fit installation in existing high- and low-rise commercial buildings. Units ship in pieces to be easily assembled in the field. Sizes range from 25 to 45 Tons.

Modules are designed to fit into elevators and through doors. Wide variety of control options from simple thermostat control, to multi zone VAV or advanced BACnet BMS.
